The hotel and grounds were nice, but my room was not great. The bathroom and room smelled like urine. I could tell that it had not been cleaned properly. The bar on site was awesome.

We loved the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Beautiful grounds and we could see the waterfall from our balcony. The only complaint would be with the wood floors, as you can really hear the people above you walking.

When we arrived I asked about the complimentary drink there was a sign on the wall that said every guest over 21 receives a complimentary drink at the bar she snapped at me and said that is for reward Members only maybe you should put that on the sign on the wall by the front desk. The hot tub and pool was okay that's a reason I got the hotel there was way way too much chlorine in the hot tub it was hurting my eyes other than that the pool was okay. Breakfast every morning was very delightful. One more thing I was a little upset about I had to go to the bathroom while I was in the lobby I'm a senior citizen and I'm wondering why the front desk lady sent me all the way at the other end of the hotel for a bathroom when there was one right by the bar I noticed later. Other than that I was there enjoying my time with family and friends

Overpriced, service less than expected, no dining facilities, no overnight cleanup or refresh of the room, paper cups only, no bottled water, Strict check out time with no consideration for special needs, toilets especially low and difficult for older persons, ON a positive note, one free drink in the bar for each occupant on check in. Would not recommend nor would I stay there again. Room rate was quoted yet 50% room rate increase for Friday stay not disclosed until final billing. NOT GOOD................

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great. I stayed for a week and I had no real problems. They were making aome upgrades because the place was due for some. As a project manager for commercial construction they are right on time for aome upgrades. The only thing thar was a downfall was how dirty the woodgrain vinyl floors were in my room. I like to walk in my socks or bare feet and the floors were really really dirty. The type of graining on that floor just traps dirt in and makes it hard to keep clean. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. The staff was so wonderful that is for sure!!!

This is a very nice to stay for the most part. This was our second year staying here. The only thing which needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It would really bennefit your facilities if the bathrooms where cleaner.
