For the purpose of my trip, this hotel was great because of its location. I had two concerts at the Foro Sol and being right across from it really helped out. That being said, if the purpose of your trip isn’t the Foro Sol, I would suggest another hotel. Check in was incredible, with excellent staff. There is renovation going on, so during the day, 9-5, expect a lot of noice. The room looked great, but with some issues. There were stains on the bed sheets. The shower head was really clogged, so when I took a shower the water went it all different directions or didn’t come out at all through some holes. I solved this issue myself by cleaning it off with a damp towel. The toilet is in a separate room with a motion sensor for the lights to come on. So unless you’re constantly moving in there, expect the lights to turn off within 10-15 seconds every time. Room service was good, although the first order I got, the staff personnel brought my food in a tray without a cover, so by the time I got it, it was kinda cold. The other time I ordered it did came with a dish cover, so it was good. Not sure what their procedure is with bringing in room service. The hotel is in a very busy street, with entry to the highway nearby. Expect a lot of traffic noice, especially a lot of honking until about midnight. Overall for me, it was a good hotel due to how close I was to the Foro Sol for my concerts. If you’re not going that, I suggest another hotel.
