So close to the square and other major attractions. Can walk to almost everything nearby very easily. Staff was unbelievable! Friendly, helpful and fun to interact with. Not a huge place but that is what makes this the perfect 1st time to the city location. You get a personalized stay and not an oversized 'resort' packed with to many people. Loved it!

This hotel was simply perfect! I can't say enough good things about the staff and the convenience of the location. The room was so clean, the water pressure amazing (thats a big deal for me haha). Everyone spoke English! We were treated to a drink and cool cloth the second we arrived. Cant wait to come back!!!

We loved our stay at Zócalo Central! Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the Zócalo and an incredible rooftop restaurant. Most of the staff gave us 5-star service—so warm and welcoming. The only downside was the coffee bar attendant, who wasn’t as friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay again!

The hotel is about 40 feet walking from the zocalo. The hotel is good. Small. The staff is very friendly. The only minus was the bed. It was a full siz not even a queen size and the bed was not comfortable at all. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff very friendly. The plus is the view from the terrace. You can see the zocalo. At night the restaurant menu is kind of different. But it was a good experience for the location.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Zocalo Central as a 1st time visitor to Mexico City. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many interesting sites and a great starting point from which to explore the historic district. Service at the hotel is wonderful. Everyone is kind and helpful. I became ill during my stay and needed hot water to make a cup of soup: thank you to the lovely young women working at the reception desk on the 6th floor bar/restaurant who helped me. The breakfast buffet is delicious (and again, wonderful service) with an incredible view over the Constitution Plaza and Metropolitan Cathedral. The room was clean and modern, and the hotel bed + pillows were extremely comfortable. Loved the CE Bigelow amenities in the bathroom. Overall, a fantastic hotel - highly recommend and would gladly stay here again on a future visit.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly kind and genuine. The room was small but very well kept. The morning breakfast was good but the view and atmosphere was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. The Zocalo gets very busy and crowded but tge hotel was quite. Will definitely be back.

A/C doesn’t work. The fact it says Free Tour but they don’t specify what kind of Tour on the Website and it’s a Walk Tour, also the bottle of Wine in the room is a small 187 ml, a bit misleading.
