Worst hotel ever!!! Doubled booked our room, after we already paid for it, no towels, rooms were dirty, our door handle was broke. Management DID NOT CARE!!! So, yeah wont be back

Very run down, ac didn’t work right.... it stayed very humid and hot in our room. Furniture was broken. Coffee pot didn’t turn off so we had to unplug it. The room itself had a very bad moldy smell to it. We were only given 1 wash rag and 2 towels. No hand towels. I’ll never stay at this hotel again. On the plus side. The gal at the counter was super nice. That’s all.

The bathroom was nasty boogers in all behind the door of the bathroom curtain hanging down the door is messed up at the bottom and it does not look nothing like the pictures

There was no refigerator or microwave in room like it stated in ad. Also, for it to be a smoking room, there was no ashtray. But otherwise, i enjoyed my stay

It’s not the hilton

This place is really dirty and smells. We had already paid and seen the room. Cob webs everywhere. Mirrors and windows were smeared horribly. Called desk to ask if they had breakfast, clerk said this ain’t the Hilton and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again.

Cheap stay and dirty room

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. pest control is needed, clean sheets and comforters are needed. Smoke free rooms should not smell of smoke
Location: There was plenty to do in the area: shop, eat, Chucky Cheese is next door, etc.
I could not stay at this hotel and had to cancel the reservation on site. After checking-in and going to the room, I found roaches on the floor when I opened the door. The room smelled of smoke although it was non-smoking, the comforter was stained, and there were several people outside drinking alcohol and talking loud. I immediately left the room and complained. I was given a full refund of the deposit. While checking-in there was an under age girl, 19, trying to book a room. The lady behind the desk told her she could not book a room because she was under age. However, after I left the lobby to go to my room, I later saw the young lady checking-in to a room. She allowed the young girl to book the room, knowing she was under age. There were other issues that I overheard while trying to resolve my own issues with the hotel. Calls about dirty sheets, toilets not working, etc. I would not recommend this hotel. If you're looking for a cheap stay and not worried about the atmosphere/surroundings this is the place for you.

Awful

Pros: location
Cons: Maid service, and fix the rooms. Make sure the guest are not smoking in a non-smoking room.
Location: Not sure. I went to visit my daughter.
It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I stayed there because it was close to where my daughter is. I found some other hotels that were just a little further away later which were better. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, There was peeling in one corner of the bathroom. The maid service was terrible. Somedays I would have to ask them to give me clean towels. I was there 7 days and not once did they change the sheets. Also the room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time or they let people smoke there and them trying to cover it up. The picture of the hotel and what I had were not the same. I will never stay there again.

Dirty dirty dirty....

The only plus was the staff was very nice about changing my room since the door was stuck on the original room. The smoking room had ashes on the table cigarette burns on the comforter, tub was dirty looks like no bleach was ever used to clean it.. walls where dirty. Very very poor condition. Will never be staying here again.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches - Dirty, Dirty, Dirty

Cons: Everything
Location: Busy location, very near the highway so it is very noisy. There is also a strip mall across the street, as well as other restaurants etc. nearby.
This has to be the worst Red Roof I have stayed in. The room was dirty to start with. They did not clean my room for 3 days. I complained every day and they promised to clean every day. I had to get towels from the front desk. The beds were awful. We found roaches. Where there is some there is more. The manager was supposed to comp us for the 3 nights. We got comped one night. We were supposed to get VIP comps in the mail 3 weeks ago. The manager will not return my calls. DON'T STAY HERE!
