"My only issue with the stay is that they wouldn't accept my Hilton Honors number. Apparently when you book with Expedia, you don't get the Hilton points. The airlines and car rental companies don't work that way and neither should the hotels."

"Our bed didn’t have a top sheet or duvet cover on it and our room wasn’t serviced the day after we arrived. The water pressure was so high, we were afraid the pipes might burst. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom and soaked the toilet paper. Great location, however."

I need to add how absolutely amazing one of the front desk employees were. Genysis (I'm all but certain I'm misspelling that) made an incredible impact on our stay. We were there dealing with a family emergency, and after returning at 6am after being in the ER al l night long, he was kind enough to extend us until 2pm unsolicited and comped. That kindness was needed more than he could have known, and I will forever be grateful. We will absolutely stay again."
