Our stay was wonderful! We did, however have one problem. We left something behind in the room. Luckily it was turned in and we made arrangements to pick it up on our way back home 2 days later. When we arrived it took almost an hour for someone to get Housekeeping to retrieve our item. It really set us back, we encountered much more traffic traveling home!!!

The person who checked us in was very nice. Easy check-in and friendly. Our room was okay--it seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. Also appreciated the refrigerator in the room. (A microwave would also be nice!) But the rest of the hotel appeared to be very old and run down. The breakfast in the restaurant was very poor, especially for the $18 pp charge. I would not stay at this property again.

Very dirty rooms I would like to a refund mold n in the bathroom cigarette in sink with ashes no n garbage liners .. No cups for coffee.. Broken glass outside windows.. Very messy shrubs.. supported by straps tied to railing balcony.lol

My family really enjoyed our stay. Near the City, near the beautiful Riverwalk, show of pumpkin, vegan restaurant (Main Essentials). Love the chimneys in the lobby, the gym and pool. We’ll definitely be going back!
