Great location, but staff seemed disengaged. Arrived before room was ready, and asked for them to text me when it was ready. No text came, but the room was ready when we wandered back. Also asked for a receipt to be emailed at checkout. Did not receive one. Room was a little dated. Not bad--just nothing to get excited about.

This hotel is in a great location with a lot of activities and dining options close by. There is also very easy access to a lot of subway lines and taxis for those activities that are a little further away. The staff was very friendly and my queen deluxe room was perfect for the amount of time I spent in it. Definitely worth spending a few extra dollars to stay here.

No one should be subjected to a smelly elevator and hallway. Moving forward we will closely monitor this problem so that its no longer and issue.

It was decorated beautifully modern and was very comfortable and clean. Staff was terrific. Ate at the sushi restaurant located off of the lobby and it was delicious! Would definitely stay there again.

We love it was the best ubicaron ever

We had a great time, even if it was too cold I think the ubicación and facilities of the hotel help us to over come the coldness. It was great
