We booked this property, and never checked in because my son was in a terrible accident right as we were about to board our plane. This hotel is refusing to refund us for the stay citing the refund policy. Ever American Airlines was willing to refund our plane tickets at full price because of the situation. We will never book through this hotel branch again.

Unfortunately, this will be my last stay with Hyatt. It makes no sense to pay for a room on the property and, on top of that, pay to park, which should be part of the room service. The room service was bad; I had to ask to get my room Cleaned and the hallway was humid and stinky on the 3rd floor.

Everything was great. Breakfast could be improved. Rooms are cleaned every other day. I prefer everyday. I was told that I got a note at check in that rooms are cleaned every other day. But I didn't. So it was a b8g disappointment.
