The hotel looked beautiful from the outside and any area besides the room itself. The room had a musty humid smell. Stains on the wall and damage in the wall, stains on the bed. The mini fridge in the suite barely worked and the TV's are old! you cannot play YouTube or any app. Basically not a SMART TV. What put the cherry on top of our experience. We received a random phone call 6:00 am on Sunday. We were too tired to pick up, then it rang again 6:30 am. I picked the phone up and it said " This is your wakeup call , goodbye". I never ordered a "wakeup call". This was soo unnecessary anyways I have been to plenty of hotels this one was a weird one. That is all I have to say. Afraid I won't come back any time soon.

Nice place...a tad bit cold at night

The breakfast was great. The omelet could be a bit bigger, and I would have preferred more bagels and maybe waffles or pancakes, but other than that it was perfect. The one criticism I would have was that the heat didn't work, and repeated calls to the front desk did not fix it.

We have to change rooms three times as the rooms were not ready and not fit due to some issues ie toilet blockage , musty and smoke smell in the room. Air conditioning not working properly and dust coming out of the system. Beds are comfortable and toilet shower are good but shower head is full of limescale. The floor is dusty. Good coffee tea maker. Fridge and freezer and microwave are useful.

It was right by the highway - really loud. The place was dirty. The sink, toilet and tub had cracks and chips. The AC could not be controlled and it was too hot. We asked the front desk and they confirmed that the AC controls did not work. Plus the front desk took over 10 minutes to answer the phone. The snacks in the afternoon were stale. The breakfast was not up to Embassy Suites standards at all.

No AC or Heat

No AC or Heat because of the temperature outside was between 50-70 which I'm assume it's this range most of the time. It was being controlled by the hotel so there is no overriding the system. We did have a balcony door that had to be open to cool the room, but then it was on a very busy street so we heard all kinds of noises. Made it very difficult to sleep with the door open. Closing it made it too hot. This really is a deal breaker not being able to control the room temperature.

The worst embassy suites I've ever stayed at. the floor was unleveled, staff was very rude, and the rooms were very stuffy with a heavy smell.

It's been nothing but problems.. they didn't have a luggage cart at all.. the particle boarding under the fridge is saturated and falling to pieces.. the fridgenis not cold.. we had no shampoo or conditioner.. our light bulb was out, we were missing a whole ass lamp.. and now our air conditioner isn't working lol. Thankfully we have a balcony so we can open the sliding glass door

On the weekends me and my spouse have a stay cation and we love the Embassy but DO NOT STAY AT THIS HERE BY ALL MEANS!!!! We checked in at 11:30pm I waited almost an hour to find me a room I had reserved. Then all the towels were dirty it was so gross. I asked for house keep to clean the room the next day and for clean towels of course they did not. Sad whenthe front desk is having to llok at the towels to make sure they are clean. Will never ever go here again!!!
