The tub faucet was leaking hot water; making the room HUMID as soon as you walked in. I had to close the door so the humidity was contained in the restroom with the fan on. I let management know the next day and they said they couldn’t put me in a new room til rooms were available after checkout.

The hotel is very run down. The food was okay, the coffee was cold, but had a good variety of cold beverages. The room needs to be refurbished. The shower needs to be repainted. The bed linen was torn, towels were stained. The property needs to be redone. Thanks.

The room was in very poor condition and no essentials were provided. No clock-paper towels-eating utensils, safe was disabled, bath door was bent and not closable. Worst room we have ever stayed in at Embassy Suites. Staff was fine.

The room was dirty, the bed was old, loud (broken bed springs) and otherwise uncomfortable. Will not be staying there again. Additionally the bathroom floor was dirty door was poorly painted and the bathtub leaked onto the floor.

ROOM….. The bed is in terrible condition; the frame is broken, and all the metal parts are sticking out. It creaked with every movement. I called the front desk, and they said they already knew about it but couldn't do anything at the moment because the hotel was full.

I’ve stayed at several Embassy Suites before and have always had great experiences, so I booked this stay thinking we’d be able to relax after a long day at the Disneyland parks. But honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was going to just let the things that happened during our visit go, but what really pushed me over the edge was being on hold for almost an hour with no one checking in or giving me an update about my lost bag. The first issue we ran into was that the pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked this location. However the Jacuzzi was still available, so while we were there we saw a HUGE dead cockroach next to the jacuzzi. When I asked the front desk to get it cleaned up, we waited there for about 15 minutes, but no one ever came, so we ended up leaving the area. The heater also wasn’t working properly; I understand it’s on a rotation after speaking with the front desk, but it was still inconvenient, making the rooms a bit uncomfortable at night, causing condensation to leak onto the floor from the windows. The phones in the room also didn’t work, along with our key cards that stopped working multiple times — three times total — which just added to the frustration. After everything, I just felt really disappointed because this isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites.

The first room we were given, the lights didn't work. The room we were moved to had several areas that were damaged. Paint peeling, dirty curtains, emergency speaker partially hanging on wall, shower head loose so water sprayed the roof. The room was in horrible shape for the price paid.

No heater!!! Came back from Disney around 11pm to find our room at 62 degrees. My 4 year old was freezing. Maintenance brought us a small portable heater which helped for about 20 minutes until it shut off the power in our room! Maintenance left at midnight so guess what we had to do? Switch rooms at midnight with a sleeping 4 year old. We were told this room wouldn’t trip the circuit lol so for 3 nights we had to sleep with this tiny heater next to our bed and move it around wherever we went especially after showers. Cold water, musty smell throughout the hotel and room. Aweful hotel who won’t tell you they have no heater.Couldnt get a refund either
