I wanted to provide feedback on my stay which I thought was the worse experience a hotel can provide. I was provided the wrong room key upon check in and was given access to someone else room. I was alone Female and late with a current pandemic going it was very unappreciated. I complained to front desk twice the first person said sorry and the 2nd person said ok. That was it!! Beyond words this was my first time at a Marriott. Especially since we stay across at the Hyatt but we wanted to experience something new. Sure enough we did.
