"This was one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at located walking distance to downtown shops. We had a delicious breakfast made to order. The manger was welcoming and eager, genetic to help find restaurants and things today. Looking forward to planning our next trip to Hendersonville area to stay in this B&B."

"I would consider this hotel a step up from the usual chain hotels. The breakfast bar was the usual with a nice selection of items. The outdoor space in the back was lovely. It was also very quiet."

"The room is dated, but exceeded my expectations for the price. I didn't feel unsafe, the property around the outside was clean and I didn't see a single bug inside the room. Sure, the guy at check-in recited the rules for what felt like 20 minutes, which gave me the impression that he used to be a carny or something at the local fair, but at the same time, I knew that they had very strict rules and he wouldn't allow any crazies to come in, which made me feel secure as a solo female traveler. Tub was clean and the water was nice and hot. I brought lysol wipes and went over everything as I do at every hotel. Blanket had cigarette burns, which was gross, but I brought my own blankets and pillows and the room didn't smell like smoke at all. It honestly wasn't that bad. Worth the price. I'd stay there again."

"We enjoyed our time, however the house was completely dirty upon arrival and had not been cleaned after its previous stay. The host was prompt to respond & came the first night to clean bedding, take out trash, wash towels/sheets, etc. However it added stress to our first evening of the weekend. The online listing also says there’s a hot tub, but it is referencing an indoor Jacuzzi bathtub that fits 2 people. There is no hot tub."
