Great stay!!

The hotel is in such a great location! The staff is friendly. There’s also a breakfast served in the morning with pastries, yogurt, coffee, oatmeal, etc. The hotel is a little dated and could use some refurbishment but overall excellent stay. Also got to see some awesome bears walking in the river below our balcony.

We had to be moved because of flooding in one bldg but the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. A bit dated inside but close to all the sites and things to do and the bed was very comfy!

Even though the hotel is older we loved it. Right downtown, close to everything and grest staff. We stayed in a loft room on the river. Sat out on the balcony at night listening to music from one of the bars. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Good location, you are right in downtown and then a short drive to the National Park. The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was vey outdated and did not look like the online photos. If you are looking for a bargain and aren’t too picky, then this place will work!

The only problem I had was that Expedia did not send my reservation to the hotel then when they did it was in the wrong persons name. It took and hour and a half on the phone to get this corrected. I’m grateful it was corrected but I was so frustrated that I had to go through this when I received a confirmation from Expedia. I think the hotel should send a second confirmation so people do not have to go through this.

Excellent location in the heart of Gatlinburg. A very short walk puts you in the middle of town for dinning and shopping . Pet friendly,Wi-Fi. The property is dated and is in need of bathroom updates however it is adequate. I would say this is a good choice.
