The entire place is in need of work. Even from the outside, their sign isn't completely lit up. As you walk through the inside, either the walls, the ceiling or the floors are falling apart. Our room had mold all over the walls and ceilings in spots. The floor was stained, sticky carpet. In the pool room, there were used bandaids all around as if they had been there and not cleaned up. The property definitely needs a complete remodel.

This property is very old. Needs updates and improvements. Very strong perfume smell throughout all the hallways. Would definitely pay a little more to stay at a nicer hotel next time. Pics on website are deceiving

BEWARE! PARK TOWER INN

We literally got the hotel. Checked in at 9:30 the hot tub had mold. The pool smelled awful. There was mold all through the hotel. We gwt to our room and check the beds like I always do. It had bed bugs!!!!! We went to the manager on site. He refused to give our money back just tried to switch us to another nasty room! Do not go here poor service. Tried to say there was no bugs. People smoking marijuana on balconies. This place was the absolute worst hotel I have ever seen! I also will only be using booking because they don't put hotels on their site like this!

We had a family of 6 and the room they gave us could have slept more than 6. The room was really nice . The coffee and breakfast was also good. They were remodeling parts of the inn but it was still nice

It's okay for the price

The hotel is very very outdated. The bed was comfortable and clean. We ask for a king size room and ended up with a king size room and a bunk bed included. Customer service was very nice. The breakfast included was decent except for brown gravy for breakfast lol. We would actually stay again!

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is under renovation at this time so Improvements are currently being made that are needed. The curb appeal is good. Our room was very clean when we arrived. The housekeeping staff missed our room completely one day and the next day, only brought towels. Everything else was left as far as our trash and our bed not being made. I know it happens and I mentioned it as we checked out. Outside of that, we were happy with our stay.

Needs attention

At check in had to wait 10 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room smelled very musky. The inside pool was in need of upkeep. The breakfast options were decent.

The man at the front desk was very polite. Also the location is good for walking. So that's the only positive about my feed back! First of all the pictures on line and the reality of this place is false advertising! It looks nothing like the pictures! The web site needs updated to give people the truth and opinions to not chose such a disgusting hotel! I definitely overpaid for my one night room. I feel cheated from a good hotel experience! I feel cheated out of my hard earned money! I would absolutely never stay here again! The room door was wide open when we got there. The walls were disgusting! Blood, dirt, boogers, mold covered! The floor was stained and hadn't been vacuumed for a long while! The bed and pillows were thin. I found a bug on the bed. So i had to take extra precaution. I am not sure if it was a bed bug or not! If i could have got my money back i would have left. If i could've got another hotel at short notice i would have! The halls were no better. They had big nasty stains, not vacuumed, walls just filthy, and the smell of urine was disgusting! All in all worst hotel stay ever! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I was robbed of my hard earned money and a good hotel experience!!!! Do not waste your money or time with this hotel! Stay fare away!! Rip-off Central!!!

Poor hotel don’t stay here

The floors are covered in dirt no vacuums. The halls and elevators are dirty on the floors the walls had lights missing with wires exposed all over the walls and the room was dirty and the bathroom had one of the 2 hand towels used with a small used bar of soap. The pool area was flooded with water on the floor and black pieces of dirt was everywhere in the water on the walking area very unsanitary.

I read bad reviews so i went there before booking to ask to see the room first. They kindly obliged. The first room had visible mold on the bathroom ceiling so i declined and the second room he showed me was fine and i took it. The water in the pool & lazy river was cloudy and google said that was bad so i didn't use the pool which was very disappointing, especially since i was very pleased that the pool hours went all the way to 2am. Breakfast was fine. Some towels in my room were dirty so inspect & exchange. No bugs. They are doing renovations but very slowly and instead of prioritizing things that matter like carpet they are changing lighting. I think the owners/managers want a nice hotel but they have no idea what they are doing.
