The location of this property was very convenient. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. What it lacked was the Gatlinburg charm. The pool was small and the deck was narrow with minimal space to lounge or layout. Amenities were lacking especially for the $500 a night price.

Overall this was a really nice, clean, convenient place to stay. we were able to relax by the pool and access downtown easily. We were a little disappointed with the number of waitstaff management thought were enough to serve the pool and bar area.
