This was our first stay at Margaritaville but definitely not our last. The minute I walked into the lobby to check in I knew our stay was going to be glorious. We make a trip to Gatlinburg at least once a year(sometimes 2 or 3). When you walk through the front door you can't help but leave your cares behind and get caught up in the tropical vibe. Every staff member from the front desk, to the bartender, to the maintenance staff was absolutely awesome! Just walking down the hall to our room was wonderful, so colorful and inviting. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was quite large. The other guests were courteous and there wasn't the commotion and noise that we have experienced at other hotels when we have gone on vacation. A Top Notch stay for us. We can't wait to return again next year.
