Secluded condo on the river - Two minute walk to downtown

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. This condo was walking distance to everything on the strip in Gatlinburg. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until time to leave. Would definitely stay again.

Very Peaceful

This was a great place to stay, very easy to get to and within walking distance of downtown, great view and very quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4 or less. All 3 pools were very close to drive to, all within a 10 minute drive.

Close and convenient

We spent 5 nights and enjoyed our stay from start to finish!!! The management/owner made sure everything was top notch. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We even had an amazing surprise on our last evening a bear was in the parking lot. I LOVED it because I could watch and video tape from the safety of our balcony. I would highly recommend this property it was money well spent.

Perfect location for a week long stay

The property was just as advertised. The location was wonderful. It was within walking distance to food and shopping. Easy to get into and out of when we wanted to drive into the park. Loved sitting out on the balcony until the wasps showed up. We did find a couple of small nests, so we just kept an eye out after that. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was some street noise, but not bad at all for the location. Really liked that it was off the main street.

Wonderful condo, close to attractions

Beautiful, clean condo perfect for the two of us. Close to Gatlinburg attractions, no need to drive unless you want to. The only drawback is parking is very tight.

Perfect holiday weekend getaway!

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend getaway during the holiday season, and it was absolutely perfect. Perfect location and very comfortable accommodations. Downtown Gatlinburg was just a few steps away and the gondola is right next door. The only complaints I have is that the parking was pretty tight, and aside from a bar of soap and toilet paper, there weren’t any toiletries in the restroom. Those two things are very minor and wouldn’t prevent me from renting this unit again! We will definitely be back

Easy walk to Parkway

We wanted to be able to walk everywhere at Parkway. It was an easy walk to everything from Anakeesta to Crockett’s Breakfast. The only thing that could have made the stay better is to request a top floor. We were in the bottom floor, and the people above us were very loud and stayed up late! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice condo. Location was spot on. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to in Gatlinburg. Troll stop right up the road. Walgreens about a block away. Easy access to many locations. Only bad thing was you could hear the people above us walking and sliding chairs across the floor.
