The Poco Bueno House is nestled between the peaceful waters by the bay and sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It has been a second home to many families for the past three years. This canal front three bedroom, two and half bath home sits in Galveston’s desirable Sea Isle neighborhood and is the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation. Sea Isle has everything you need and plenty of things to offer including a boat launch, full marina, new pickle ball court, playgrounds, restaurant and bars. You’ll never want to leave our neighborhood
The bottom deck has plenty of room for entertaining, relaxing in the sun and enjoying the evening breeze. Your fishing crew will love casting their lines from our private dock, and the beach lovers will enjoy the Sea Isle Beach access area, less than 5 minutes. You can also tie your boat up to the dock where you are right down the canal from West End Marina then West Bay. From our private dock you can also enjoy the tubes, kayak, water floats, etc. to soak in the sun from right off the canal.
Upstairs on the main floor is the expansive deck with wonderful canal and sunset views. A perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and wind down with a glass of wine or relax on the outdoor furniture.
A large fenced wraps around the house to keep your little ones safe. Fish all day and all night off dock (underwater fishing lights). There is also cleaning station and designated area where you can rinse off.
LIVING AREA:
Kick back on the plush furnishings in the sunny living area. There are two large couches and an ottoman for extra seating. A 65” flat screen SmartTV sets the scene for movie nights. The house offers free wifi. Guest can sign onto their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other popular smartTV apps using their accounts. We do not have cable service.
DINING:
The dining table comfortably seats eight, plus there are four chairs surrounding the bar area in the kitchen.
KITCHEN:
There is ample room for cooking large family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen.is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, crockpot, storage containers and coffee maker.
BED & BATH:
This two-story home sleeps has 3 three bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably.
Find comfort in the master suite, which provides a queen-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is fitted with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-size bed, and a 32” flat-screen TV. An en-suite half bath provides added convenience.
Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, which offers a queen-size bed, a TV, and private deck access. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

No more than the 8 Maximum Allowed for Overnight Stay. If over the Maximum Allowed is Exceeded an additional $50.per guest will be charged.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON GRASS OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS.
