Welcome to Bluebonnet Beach House! It's just a short (few minutes) walk from our home to the beach walkovers! Beautiful 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths with so MANY amenities! Beachside Village is an established, premier neighborhood beachside just a few minutes walk to the shore! This home has a soaring wall of double windows in the living area that provides beautiful natural light to the common areas. One of just a couple homes in the neighborhood that has complete wrap around decks where you can walk around the house to the other side! (Check out the "secret deck") as one guest described it! And the yard is 100% fenced.

Neighborhood community beach access points/dune crossovers . Sleeps 14 plus two pack & plays. Fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances including built-in ice maker, plus GE side by side fridge installed winter 2023 & full size washer (new in 2026) & dryer. Professional grade pots and pans and small appliances such as upgraded blender, crock pot, toaster, can opener, and both drip and Keurig coffee pots. Some cooking oil and spices provided. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, hand soap, sponge, also provided. Margarita glasses, martini glasses, tea & hi ball glasses along with coffee cups and plenty of silverware to host your group of up to 14.
360 degree wrap around porches on both levels all freshly stained, including all decks. Outdoor furniture on all decks, rocking chairs and side tables. Overhead and market lights on covered ground level area with charcoal grill, , two tables and cocktail lounge area! Plenty of room to entertain, rain or shine. Great for family/friend reunions or business/church retreats.

Beautiful beds and linens to lounge in and get a restful sleep. All beds have a foam mattress topper, including the bunk beds. Televisions in every bedroom and in living room w/high speed wifi & cable. Sheets, linens, towels, and toiletries provided. Extra pillows, blankets and 3" cool gel pad toppers on every mattress. Roki TV and newer chest of drawers in queen bedroom downstairs. King size bed in primary suite and new clothes cabinet.
Beach friendly wagon. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Beach towels. Boogie boards and beach toys. Indoor/outdoor games, cards for all ages. Plenty to keep adults and children busy on rainy or inclement days. Also, charcoal grill and lots of seating under house.

Private outdoor shower with hot water and overhead lighting. Green belt access and view from porch and ground level. Ample parking for 5 vehicles depending on size.

Less than 3 miles from the Galveston Seawall where you'll find a wide range of restaurants, shops, and the famous Pleasure Pier. Moody Gardens, the Historic Strand District and Schlitterbahn all within close driving proximity.
