A&M's Perch: Near Marina/Park & Golf Cart Included

This very clean 2 bedroom 1.5 bath beach house was completed in 2014 and is conveniently located in the Sea Isle Subdivision directly across from the neighborhood playground. From the front door, you can see the marina, playground and bar/grill. This house is a quick walk or golf cart drive to the beach. The house has a spacious front deck which faces the west for amazing sunsets and for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Guests can use our golf cart during their stay.

This very clean 2 bedroom 1.5 bath beach house was completed in 2014 and is conveniently located in the Sea Isle Subdivision directly across from the neighborhood playground. From the front door, you can see the marina, playground and marina/bar/grill. This house is a quick walk or golf cart drive to the beach. The house has a spacious front deck which faces the west for amazing sunsets and for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Guests can use our golf cart during their stay.

Both bathrooms are upstairs. There is a $150 fee if a pet or pets stay at the house. Guests can use the four seat golf cart that is at the house during their stay. Signing a waiver of liability is required to use the golf cart. There is no additional charge to use the golf cart.

Access to the community pool during your stay requires payment of a $100 fee directly to the Homeowners Association.

Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, private fishing pier, marina, park, basketball courts, and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar, small convenience store and restaurant which offers great food an adult beverages. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.

The home has a driveway for parking.

Both bathrooms are upstairs. There is a $150 fee if a pet or pets stay at the house. Guests can use the four seat golf cart that is at the house during their stay. Signing a waiver of liability is required to use the golf cart. There is no additional charge to use the golf cart.

1. Property. The property is described as a house located at 4211 Mason Dr, Galveston, TX 77554 (the “Property”).

2. Rental Rules & Restrictions. Guest agrees to abide by the following restrictions by Owner (the “Rules”):

(A) Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted inside the Property
(B) Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles. Garbage pickup is Monday morning.
(C) Parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted.
(D) No Parking in the neighbors driveway
(E) Use of fireworks is prohibited
(F) No grilling or open flames under the house
(G) The primary guest renting the house must be at least 25 years old

3. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to ten (10), unless the Owner gives its prior written consent. No more than 4 cars are permitted.

4. Keys & Access Codes. Owner will provide Guest with one (1) key(s), which will unlock both the front door and the side garage door to the Property. Guest is not allowed to make duplicate keys. A fee of $100.00 will be charged to Guest for failure to return a key. Guests should not attempt to access the Owners closet in the Master Bedroom and Bunk Room. Any attempt to access these locked closets is just cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeiture of all rent paid, and Guest will be liable for any missing items or damage. Owner will provide Guest with access card to the Fishing Pier.

5. Bunk Beds: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and Guest agrees that use is at your own risk. Owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. Guest does hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Owner for any liability, claim, and/or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me arising out of use of the bunk bed. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, Guest agrees to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

6. Limitation on Liability. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors that may occur due to the use of the Bunk Beds. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GUEST’S RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY OR USE OF THE PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF OWNER SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Indemnification. Guest acknowledges that the use of the Property by the Rental Party and Guest’s visitors is entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury or death resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any member of Rental Party or Guest’s visitors to observe the Rules and restrictions set forth in Paragraph 1 above.

8. There is a $150 fee for dogs staying at the Blue Pearl. This fee will assessed as a separate charge following confirmation of your rental.

9. Booking the Property constitutes acceptance of the additional rules and terms listed in items 1-8 above.

The Best in Sea Isle!

This is our second time to stay at this owner’s property, because we were so impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. We highly recommend both of their properties on Mason Street: The Perch and The Blue Pearl. We were able to have access to the beach on a golf cart in about three minutes, and the restaurants and stores are on the same street. The decor is trendy, the beds are comfortable, and the owners do what they can to make it a great stay. Wonderful way to celebrate our 39th anniversary! Brigette and Scott

Lovely, well stocked little home

This home is well laid out with everything we needed for our Spring Break trip. We really liked the private 1/2 bath off the master. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals there. The best part is it was a very clean home despite allowing dogs!

GREAT PLACE for family getaway

This place is amazing. It was very clean and smelled clean when we walked in. It was already cooled down from the AC (which worked great!). It was the perfect soze for family of 4. The location to playground, restaurant, pier and beach is perfect. Bath towels were fresh and soft. The shower is larger than normal. Kitchen was in wonderful shape, stainless steel appliances. Golf cart that comes with the property is so convenient. We will be back!

Our second time at Sea Isle! Loved the location of this house which is walking distance to playground and the marina/restaurant. Property was great! The front door lock is very finicky so bring your patience. Other than that overall great stay.

Great Stay in Sea Isle!

Thanks to the host for making our stay so special! This was a beautifully decorated, updated, and clean house with all the amenities my husband and I needed. Access to music was a nice touch, and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch; the neighbors were very friendly, and two restaurants and a store were just steps away by the marina. The beach is within walking distance, but if you have a lot to carry, you can drive and be on the water in less than three minutes - beautiful beach that's not that crowded. Again, thank you for a wonderful stay!

A little gem!

Wonderful ! A smallish yet roomy well maintained and decorated Sea Isle beauty. The owners communicated quickly and respectfully to any and all questions and we certainly would rent again! The property was clean and quaint not to mention close to both the bay and the beach! If you’re looking to rent in Sea Isle or West Beach as a family of four you will not be disappointed!
