Overall our stay was fine, but property and rooms felt a little run down. Nothing terrible, but just lots of little items throughout the rooms/hallways/elevator that looked unmaintained. Shower had lots of patches and a wonky handle. Paint on the walls looked very shoddy, to the point I noticed (I'm not picky, but it looked like someone did it as fast as they could with uneven lines and overpaint in lots of places) there was tape holding down the carpet in a couple places in the hallways.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Desk clerk was great! Only complaint is that the bedroom floor ( area on side of bed nearest the wall) had stains and one of the window curtains had human nose mucas on it.

All of the staff were very polite and friendly. I am handicapped at the moment so they accommodated me wonderfully. The housekeepers did a wonderful job of making our beds and cleaning our rooms and emptying out the trash cans. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and I did not expect biscuits and gravy, but it was amazing! Had absolutely no issues; would definitely stay here again once we visit Nashville again!
