The location was close to a beautiful private beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable and included everything we needed during our stay. Restaurants within walking distance served excellent food, local live entertainment and excellent service. The host was readily available by phone but we did not need to contact him. The information for check-in, recommended restaurants and sites he provided were spot on and made our visit even more enjoyable. We will stay there again in the future.

Gulf place is the perfect location on 30A. It’s super relaxed and doesn’t have the craziness of the eastern parts (Seaside or Rosemary Beach) yet only 10 min away. The beach is literally across the street with NO boundary issues the rest of 30a beaches seem to have. The shopping and amazing restaurants are a 3 min walk. The only negatives we had were not being provided paper towels or napkins. The bedding and furniture were nice. Highly recommend this complex or the Caribbean building if you need a 2 bedroom.

We had a great time and everything was nice. Everything was convenient and relaxing. The one thing that was bothersome was the pool had trash in it and the hot tub was not working. We went to another pool and the hot tub worked there.

Quaint Condo

We stayed at the beginning of June 2023. The condo was much smaller than we thought. It was about 600 sq ft. We've stayed at other condos with bunk rooms, which are fantastic with two teenagers. However, this time it felt too small and cluttered. There are extra shelves throughout to help with storage, but honestly there's too much furniture. The condo was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and even had several seasonings available. The couch is uncomfortable (hard and no fluff left) and might be at the end of its life. There was a newer chair in the living room that was comfortable, but it was squeezed in front of the patio door and desk. There really is too much furniture for the small space. The bunk room beds were comfortable, but the main bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It is hard and has two sinking spots and a hump left in the middle. The patio included a large closed bin of beach and pool toys, chairs, beach umbrella, etc. This was fantastic and much appreciated. The beach access was literally across the street; however, once you are on the beach you have to walk a good ways until you arrive at the section for this condo group. The beach directly to the left and right are all private for the houses. There is a shower station to wash off from the beach which was also great. We found plenty of food places within walking distance of the condo and several had bands in the evenings. Overall our stay was nice.
