Beautiful ocean view junior suite. Welcome VIP package was lovely. Food, drinks and service were impeccable. Should we visit Mazatlan, Cabo or San Miguel de Allende again, will definitely stay at a Pueblo Bonito Resort.

The staff was amazing, the only downside is the elevators. There was one out of service and the hotel had like 3 weddings. So the n Saturday, waited a good 15 minutes just to get from the 10th floor to the 3rd floor.

Staff were fabulous, the pool was amazing, and love the location! We stayed in a kitchenette one bedroom suite, that was so nice to make breakfast before going out adventuring around the town! Will come again soon!

It was ok. I guess that I expected more from an all inclusive resort. But the bed was comfortable & the water pressure was great. I didn’t expect to have to pay for in room coffee or the bottles of water, not very “all inclusive”.
