I was very disappointed with this Pueblo Bonito. Check in was great. The first day in our room was fine, the 2nd day the water in the shower was so hot it burned you. The next 5 days we had not hot water. The water was lukewarm, we let it go the first day thinking it was a busy time everyone getting ready to dinner. The next day i t continued, we called maintenance he came and said we just needed to let the water run. We explained to him we had let it run for 2 showers and still no hot water. He told us it was fine and to just let it run. We also let him know that there was a leak from the ceiling in the restroom leaving a puddle on the floor. He told us it was fine that it was just the condensation. We had to leave a towel on the floor for the rest of our trip to prevent us slipping. The food and service at Cilantros was GREAT. The buffet was horrible with the exception to the omelet station in the morning. The location was great you had more food options with in walking distance. Overall we were not happy with our stay here.

The overall experience at the hotel was ok. We have stayed there many times and we do see a decline on the property and on the food. The hotel also makes you sign something stating you won’t contract the Banda but they should really focus on the vendors. I would not mind at all listening to music but u do mind having to say no thank you very five minutes! You can’t relax

Room was very clean and beautiful. Resort well kept, and the beach was cleaned well after the big waves had brought in trash from the weather. Staff is always on top of everything. Buffet was good, the waiters like Freddy, Gonzalo and Enrique always making sure one has coffee and juice. Cilantros was lovely as well, Jose was wonderful.

I stayed at Pueblo bonito Mazatlan for a week with my husband and toddler. Starting off wasn’t so good because we arrived at 10:30 pm and restaurants were closed so we ordered room service, we were starving from traveling all day and ordered about 2 plates each. The person on the phone for room service was so rude and said your ordering too much food and system says it’s only 2 people in ur room. We are going to charge you double for your room advice delivery fee. I was upset but front desk called them and cleared it up and it was fine. If I’m paying full price for a 4 year old to be there , she should be put in the system as another guest because this was an issue a few times….. so Pueblo bonito please do better as this causes a huge inconvenience. Aside from that, the entire trip was amazing. The restaurants on site were delicious, staff was amazing and our room was beautiful. It was a wonderful family vacation and we will be back! If you stay there you can go to the aquarium of Mazatlan for free! And it’s such a gorgeous aquarium and well worth visiting. Take an uber not a taxi! The uber is only $5! I highly recommend staying here, especially with kids as it’s very kid friendly. Get the all inclusive , it’s worth it. If you don’t have kids I wouldn’t suggest it because it’s very family friendly and you will prob get splashed while having a drink in the pool….. Pueblo bonito Pacifica in Cabo is an amazing adults only option that I have gone to before.

Mejora en el menu.

Considero que es de los mejores hoteles en Mazatlán, sin embargo creo que deben considerar mas la variedad de comida, el mismo menú en Cilantros a diario no es bueno para su clientela (imagina el que tiene todo incluido y se hospeda por varios días), además el servicio ahí fue muy lento, los meseros deben mejorar su atención.

Difficult to exchange US dollars for Mexican pesos. I have a US passport and also a US passport card, they did not accept the US passport card in order to to exchange money. This makes absolute no sense because I can travel the entire world and international airports with this US passport card, but I cannot exchange dollars for pesos with it? IT IS THE EQUIVALENT TO A US PASSPORT! (PUEBLO BONITO LOOK INTO THIS! I DO NOT LIKE TO CARRY MY PASSPORT ON PERSON IF NOT NECESSARY THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A US PASSPORT CARD!)
