Pros: It is in front of a nice beach. The staff was very friendly. The hotel had many fun activities for kids and adults. I love the adults only pool. The hotel offers fun planned excursions at good prices. We walked on the beach to eat seafood and coconuts. Cons: The pool open until 9:00 am (I wish you could swim earlier). And you have to wake up grab a seat by the pool early because it gets too crowded and later you won't find any place to lay down by the pool or the beach.

The place was great only thing is you have to have a reservation if you would like to see the shows they put on in the restaurant I wasn't aware and missed out buffet food was ok they food from the bar by the pool looked better then the restaurant inside

This property is amazing! The staff was very cordial but what I liked most is the fact that its very family friendly. My kids had a blast! The waiters, especially one names Jose Luis, made our stay very pleasant. He made sure that we were well served at all times and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our vacay. Will definitely be returning.

The room was great. The pool area was under staffed it took too long to receive our drinks and order. I saw one of the pool area workers just rinse the dirty cups and restock them for reuse.The restaurant food was not great the selection was repetitive and the fruit was never cold. We had all inclusive we ended up choosing to eat out. The staff were always super nice and attentive. If you choose to stay here the rooms are nice the staff are awesome just don’t eat or drink her. Plus you aren’t allowed to bring your own alcohol in the pool area. I guess that’s obvious right it wouldn’t be good for their business.
