It was the worst experience. The photos offer a very nice atmosphere, but upon arrival, the worst. I think the price is too high for the location of the hotel. I had to move hotels because it was the worst experience.

We were in a suite facing the beach, everything about the room was great. Small kitchenette. The ac worked great. No issues at all. Definitely recommend this place.

Only one restaurant for the whole Property, bad food, I had time share on this Hotel for 25 years many years ago and on those years they used to have 3 restaurants and the service for guests used to be a lot better

The property had a great view of the ocean and the islands. After a few bumps after check in, we were moved to another room and we liked it better. For the price they charge, the property should be better maintained. The room was not very clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The safe box was broken. We were promised a new one but never got one. After we demanded a new room, we were moved to a new one. The safe box worked but the fridge did not. I don't think i will stay here again. Expefia should do a better job monitoring the properties advertised in your app.

Filthy floors with hairs of all colors and lenthgs including pubic. Floors not washed for who knows how long and barely swept
An example of how much this property doesn’t care…when they repainted they just slopped paint on, no tape or even covering furniture. Every piece of furniture had paint spilled or splattered, even the TV remore
