"Very customer oriented, friendly, and helpful. The only complaint is that the bar Blu did not take more than two credit cards for a very large group. This made payment cumbersome and awkward. Otherwise staff service, especially for catering was impressive."

"Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. There's the local light rail right in front but you won't hear it even with a room facing the street. Lots of good restaurant options around and the in hotel bar/restaurant is not too bad."

"Had one little hiccup in our favor with the reservation, but they apologized and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful Anniversary dinner at the restaurant! We also got a complimentary breakfast before checkout. It’s within walking distance to a lot of places. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff members who really stood out were Jasmin and Tristan at the desk in the lobby and a big shout as well to Greg, the manager onsite for valet parking. As a travel consultant, Tru typically seems to be in much older buildings. This one could use a refresh in Lobby/common areas and updated bed linens. The breakfast was substantial and the in-house engineer was helpful with my shower issues."
