The staff was the most pleasant I've ever come across at any hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast spread was good and we were pleasantly surprised by a nightly cocktail hour with more food, which also had some healthy options. Bonus! Not to mention our room was very well maintained, clean, and more importantly had a comfortable bed.

The worst signage I’ve ever experienced. A sign in front of the hotel said, “unloading area.” Waited 15 minutes in line to find out that there’s no valet parking. I’ll find the entrance down the street. A sign near the skywalk pointed you in the direction of the hotel. Then you’re on your own. But even worse was finding the parking lot the next day. And it wasn’t just us. We came across two other couples trying to find the parking lot. Finally we found a little plaque on an inconspicuous door that said Parking Lot. All toll, we probably wasted 15 minutes, both coming and going, searching for the lot.

The hotel, service, and room were all excellent! My partner and I stayed for 5 days in the center of downtown Milwaukee and had a great time! The complimentary snack hour and breakfast were awesome! People seemed happy to be in the hotel; for the cost we expected way more from our room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
