The bathroom at the pool house was filthy, moldy even. There were homeless people coming into the pool area to use that same restroom & there is a security guard who was more concerned with my children playing whiffleball outside that making sure the homeless were not inside the hotel.

At check in the front desk attendant started with telling us the room reserved for us was unavailable because it was out of order. She would’ve sent us away if another staff member who was leaving for the night didn’t stay to help her figure out what room to put us in. The room was dirty, Stains running down the wall. No hand soap or shampoo, conditioner, or body wash was in our room. The pool area was horrible. The bathroom in the pool area was covered in rust. The hot tub smelled like mold and stuff was floating in it. I couldn’t wait to shower off. The breakfast in the morning was pretty bad. Not included with the stay and I’ve had better continental breakfast. They had a coffee lounge that was very good and the staff at the front desk did her best to handle concerns. They refunded half our stay. Would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This year’s ago was a nice property that they let go. Housekeeping here is awful

Would not go back the lobby is deceiving.the staff was rude and short when we asked questions. The room was dust and we were afraid to turn down the covers. Also when booking it was supposed to be $188 with fees $230 and we were charged 272 .

I loved everything about my stay here. Easy check-in with very friendly staff. The hotel smells great throughout and they supply one of my favorite toiletry product brands. Their breakfast buffet is worth it for sure and there is an amazing coffee shop in the lobby! In a safe, secure location. Its a 10/10 for me! Will be back!

We had a positive experience with the staff, who kindly relocated us to a different room due to a leaky shower. However, upon checking out, we were surprised to see additional fees added to our bill. The original total for two nights was $179, including tax and fees, (with incidental charges $278) but after removing the incidental charges, the total still came out to be $224, with an extra $45 added on top of the initial amount :( This seems unusual compared to our recent stay in Chicago, where the final bill matched the expected total when we booked. As someone who always leaves hotels in the same condition as I found them, I was disappointed to see the total bill balloon after checkout. considering the hotel's condition and location in Milwaukee, I felt the final amount was excessive The hotel’s condition was slightly old and not new, with dirty floors. Considering the nightly rate was over $100+ ,(after checking out) I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value and amenities.

The room was clean The staff was great The bar was not well put together but it works.I was there because I thought it was closed to where my father is buried. But it wasn’t. I still enjoyed the hotel. Thanks . The best to fully getting the bar and restaurant all together. Thanks
