Roaches in rooms

The hotel has roaches ! We had to switch rooms twice during our stay ! Building was filthy ! No compensation! No one cleaned our room during our stay ! We left!

I’ve never in my life had such a horrible experience I checked in on 5/222/25 and left the next day the shower curtain was so disgusting I was scared to shower I only had 2 towels and I heard noise all night long right at my door I was scared to go yo sleep with the lights off this was Judy horrible also there was a lot of drug addicts outside when I arrived I will never ever go back to Norwood

NOrwood requires a $100 deposit upon registering. They will return it in 5 days if there are no problems, but by that time I am far away. I don't think it is right that they require the use $100 of each guest's money for five days when this is not specified during their online reservation process. I'll never stay there again.

The place was filthy and nothing like the description and photos. My mom purchased a towel from Target to place over the pillow to sleep on. The shower was nasty, and the only towel they gave us was stained and dirty. One of my worst experiences, and I stayed at some pretty bad places.

We arrived late at night for an event the next day and there was a decently long line. The wait wasn't more than 15 minutes, but after having to agree to a deposit charge and only seeing the room AFTER signing in... It was a sight to behold. As per the attached images, you could imagine our discomfort when getting to the room and, not including the smell in the air, being greeted by a torn/cut comforter, and a pillow with literal brown/red and yellow stains it it. It was also apparent the room hadn't been cleaned, like, at all. I realize the stay wasn't expensive, but you'd expect any place to do basic things like clean a room for its guests. I didn't speak to the receptionist on our way out, as I waited in the car outside for 15-20 minutes and the line of 5 or 6 people hadn't moved at all. We had to find a place to stay for the night, so I left. Hotels.com was also unable to resolve any kind of refund for me due to the hotels policy, unfortunately, but I was more than willing to eat that cost to comfortably stay elsewhere.

There were holes in the sheets. Blood stains and other stains on the pillows and sheets. Old food on the carpets and furniture. Blood splatter on the ceiling. It advised breakfast, but that was non existent. There was also car air fresheners in the a/c to eliminate odors that was existing in the room from previous guests. Housekeeping appears that nothing is cleaned. The pictures on their website does not look like what the actual experience will be.

The property seems to be barely hanging on. I didn't have hot water in my room. The shower didn't work. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no supplies to make coffee. Breakfast was advertised, but the breakfast room was empty except for a juice machine and a couple of containers of cereal. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
