The service from the staff was great. But the rooms were quite dirty. The carpet and beds were dirty. One of the bathrooms in one of our rooms had leakage and water everywhere. Chose to leave within a few hours of having checked in.

This property is horrible. I typically don't give reviews, but this place should not be on Expedia as a recommendation with 4 stars. I rely on such apps as Expedia to recommend places according to ratings, however this place is a complete error on ratings. The area is not a safe place. The parking pavement is broken up. There're people sitting in their cars all night. There're people just hanging out in the lobby & out front. The reception area is dirty & dark. There're holes on the walls. The rooms are completely dirty & old. There're stains in the tub & toilet. There were no complimentary shower accessories. We didn't get any towels, AT ALL. I was told towels will be available after noon, but checkout is at 11am. The front desk person found one towel for 3 ppl to shower with & was told I should be understanding of their lack of available towels. The continental breakfast consisted of old cereal in a tupperware container, a loaf of bread, a few random pastries, and horrible coffee from an old machine. You'll also be charged if you want your breakfast back in your room, instead of wanting to sit in their dirty dining area. Just a horrible place. I didn't sleep all night because I felt I needed to keep an eye on my car and the room door since it didn't lock properly. In my opinion, the ratings come from the people who live there and not the guests booking a room. Expedia should remove this location from their website and NOT recommend staying there.

Check in was very slow and had trouble communicating with the person behind the desk. It was puzzling because we were shown a receipt for the room stay for the credit card but the room was prepaid. We were given a second room because there was a problem with the first room we were suppose to have. The elevator door kept on slamming into us as we were trying to get on the elevator. There was no remote for the TV in the room. We had to go down and get one and then back to the room to find out what king of TV because they had different kinds. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Breakfast was very unprofessional looking. Selection was very slim to say the least. Orange juice tasted watered down and the coffee was weak. Outside of building looked very nice but inside looked like something from the 60's. The painting of the trim work in the hallways looked like a 6 year old could do better.

This property needs to be shut down- roaches bad cleaning, rude workers, drug activities, police there every other night it is not safe! The staff are extra rude and you will not get a deposit back at all!! Do not stay here!!!

Don’t expect much.

I just needed a place to stay for the night and that’s what all this was. The important things worked fridge,ac,shower,sink,toilet. That aside the room just looked rundown, shower liner needed to be replaced ad it was hanging on by a makeshift holes. There were patches all over the drywall, The comforter had bleach stains, the phone line was hanging off the wall. Spotted a roach it felt like a roadside motel.

I didn't like anything the bathroom was nasty and they had a bug infestation roaches everywhere white pillows that had really bad brown stains I plugged in to iron the iron shorted out and almost killed me no real breakfast all they had was cereal they were out of breakfast food and also the ice machine was broken it was literally the most disgusting place I've ever been at I would never come there ever again

Dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed in!!!!

Overall the hotel was very run down. Not sure how its still operating? Our shower curtain was torn and barely hanging on by a couple clips. All the walls have a poor job of covering up holes everywhere- in the room and out. Found a couple of bugs on the walls the last day of the stay- not sure what they were. Never again!!!

The worst experience of my life.

I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It should be demolished. It is infested with drug addicts, prostitution drug dealings. It is not a good place for no one. The rooms are filthy. Like you are in a Third World country.

The building has potential, the rest of it doesn't

The lobby smells strongly of chemicals at all times. The elevator is constantly dirty and the rug on the floor is never vacuumed. Trash pickup is done only if people set their trash outside of their room, which means leaking bags in the hallway and the smell of trash as you walk to your room. The bed was not uncomfortable, but certainly wasn't comfortable. The pillows are very flimsy, and offers zero support. The upstairs neighbors were constantly loud throughout the entire two nights, and the front desk did nothing to assist. And if you need anything at night past 9:00 or 10:00, they closed the front desk and pull down a gate so that you can't even see if anyone's there.
