VIP access included valet, which didn't work properly and I ended up paying for valet and requesting a refund (twice) which I finally received. Restaurant was excellent, and we enjoyed hanging out in the lobby with friends.

Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh linens and trash taken out daily. I had to call down to request fresh towels on day 3.
