Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience with us. We are truly sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately, due to several factors beyond our immediate control, we were delayed in getting guests checked into their reservations. I, myself, was here until 9pm that evening assisting our housekeeping staff in preparing our guest rooms for our full house of reservations. Due to your room not being booked directly with us, we are unable to alter or discount any reservations booked through third-party websites. However, you may still contact us directly regarding any compsensation on your next visit with us.

We will continue to work hard to improve on this during these recovering times for our industry. Please know that currently breakfast is only available between the hours of 6:30am and 9:30am daily. Even though our options are limited compared to our pre-pandemic offerings, as before, they are only available during the posted breakfast times.
