"The room was ok, but housekeeping was terrible!! I stayed 3 days and never got my room serviced! I spoke with the desk daily about this and was offered dinner and wine as comp. I declined but expected a discount from my bill… got none! They are off my list as a potential place to stay!"

"We stayed 2 nights in adjoining rooms. Checking in was effortless, the woman at the desk was warm and welcoming. She remembered speaking to me on the phone when I requested adjoining rooms. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and check out super easy."

"Everything was good except the check out. If you have questions about your bill, don’t expect any help or concern because you will get neither."

"Pros: Good location (restaurants, shopping); spacious room; reasonable price. Cons: They do not have shampoo, conditioner or lotion. No breakfast - just coffee. They said they put out muffins and breakfast bars from 6-9 but they had neither either day I went to breakfast at 7am. When asked if they had more, they said no. They also ran out of cups for coffee the 2nd day I was there. Safety Concerns: The back door did not shut/lock properly so it was always open for anyone to come in. Often smelled marijuana. There is a designated parking spot in the parking lot for police. There is no sign on the outside of the hotel indicating it is a hotel - it is just blacked out. "

"We will start with the room. It was not cleaned. Blankets had stains, crumbs on the phone. Speaking of phone. The phone didn’t work found that out around midnight when we woke up and it was 80 degrees and our AC stopped working. Went down to the desk was handed batteries to change them myself. Fan in bathroom ran non stop sounds like the blades were going to rip out of the wall. Breakfast my daughter was eating her eggs and pulled out paper. Never again and not worth 500 for 2 nights. "

"Stayed on the second floor and the footsteps from the room above us were so loud. Might just have been me getting unlucky with there being a lot of teens at the hotel, but it was almost constant until 12am and starting up again at 7 am. Towels were damp. Got a queen bed even though we booked a king room. Sink faucet kept getting stuck because of the placement of the mirror. And common, just give everyone free coffee in the lobby. It just felt cheap, but location was convenient for me."
