Absolutely avoid. Dishonest hotel. Cancelled my paid reservation thru Expedia without notice night of stay. Left me stranded. Clearly will cancel you if higher paying options arise. Please boycott this type of practice. You can do better. Expedia should drop them.

The room was clean. The staff were pleasant. Two staff were not that familiar with the free Tram and tried to say we would not be happy with it without stating the reason why other than it's a short ride. The laundry was clean however, two wash cloths is not enough for two people for a week! We had to keep asking for wash cloths. We asked for the room to be refreshed and it was not done until we asked again another day. This room was perfect for one person.
