"There was no one for over 5 minutes at the front desk on arrival. The place was filthy. The bed looked like it was slept in. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Did not feel safe. I would not have stayed but it was late and I’d been driving all day with a brand new puppy. I needed some sleep."

The elevator is super slow, there is no free Wi-Fi, and charge $17 for a breakfast that should be included. They nickle and dime you for everything. They have the balcony padlocked closed in the room, making it useless. The restaurant has rude staff and keeps most of it closed down and unusable. This location is a waste of money. The only positive is that it is close to the arena."
