Toilet was stopped-up when we arrived. Room temperature was 62 when we arrived and was difficult to adjust. We had to leave while the room warmed. No toilet paper holder for the half roll we had. Two bath towels for three people. We will never be back.

Some o our rooms are designed with shelving that is where we place the toilet paper. I apologize if you had some difficulties in the room.

We have 3 ice machines located on each floor and if one becomes not productive another is close by. We are a hotel that many guest decide to stay. There are times the line to breakfast may be long due to teams. We are open 6am-9:30am.

We apologize the food temperature was not acceptable for you. I believe the statement "slots are very tight" are for the parking spots? I guess it depends on the type of vehicle you have.

Bring your own pillow. The pillows at the Wyndham Garden are like pillow cases stuffed with clothes. Lol.

First of all, we were given a room on the second floor at the far end of the building (255), but weren't told that the elavators were by the lobby. we have a special needs daughter who has trouble walking and climbing stairs, and this was a problem. When we realized there were no elavators where we needed to enter, my wife had to walk all the way back to the lobby to find out where the elevators were. When we finally drove back to the entrance where they were, my daughter had to walk the length of the 2nd floor to get to our room. Second, the breakfast was about the worst we have had in any of our stays. We will not be staying there again.

When you are checking in we let you know where your room is located on a map. If you notice on the map the location of the elevator as related to your room location. We would have tried to relocate. In addition I see on the reservation shows a regular room with 2 beds. If you requested a room on the first floor or that you have a family member that is impaired with walking stairs, then we try to accommodate. We try to give our guest a nice stay. We normally change a room if we have availability and it is brought to our attention.

The hotel itself was okay. It snowed earlier in the day and a very poor job of clearing snow. Other businesses in same vicinity had done much better job. At check in I was charged an additional $20 although I booked through Travelocity and my bill was paid in full. When I asked why the $20 none of the desk clerks could explain just if I wanted room pay it. Room itself was nice just very long walk from the one elevator. Breakfast was excellent even with large crowd of kids on some type of sports outing.

We apologize that we could not keep up with the snow issue. Most of our staff were unable to come to work. We take pride in our hotel. Some business closed early or did not open at all. The $20.00 incidental is a hold if you want to order food from our lounge to your room. This is returned within 48 hours after you have checked out.

The room toilet was not in working order and it appeared to have been that way for a while, it was not just clogged. After arriving at 1:30am after being in the car for 15 hours all we wanted was a nice, decent place to sleep. We did not have the energy to request and move to another room. A fully functioning toilet is a basic room necessity. We left feeling dirtier than when we arrived.
