"Don’t be deceived by the gorgeous looks in the lobby and outside. I went to my first room to find they are not only outdated, old, and scotch tape holding things together. They are gross! So gross I felt as if I needed a shower after five minutes of being in there. They are dirty and smelly. Their tubs are yellow, their rooms smell like smoke and very unclean people. They had boogers and lord knows what else on almost every door. Something greasy all over the ottoman. The blanket didn’t look cleaned at all had stuff all over them no to mention something smashed into them.AND also not to mention there was two huge bags filled with dirty towels stuffed in the closet. I went down to tell the front desk. They were very understanding gave me a new room to only find out that the second room was nasty too! It was nowhere near as bad as the first but it was still nasty. Went to check out they were willing to refund me and send it back onto my card. So I was pleased how they handled it(so I thought). Then I call them wondering why i haven’t received my refund yet. For them to tell me I have to call Expedia to tell them that they approved or sent my refund.(They never said anything about this when I was checking out). I call Expedia for them to tell me that I have NO refund pending. I call Sheraton back for them to tell me that they put the refund in and that I will just have to wait until tomorrow to call between 8 & 2. This experience has been the absolute worst!"
