As a person who prefers the Embassy. This one is falling apart. It’s old and they charge you $5 a day for internet. They say there is free internet but it doesn’t work. They also don’t have an attached parking for free is 16$ to park next to it. Or free but you have to cross a four lane street.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding our recent stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. The counter, TV, and floors were not cleaned; there was dust throughout the drawers, crumbs present, and dried ice cream on the couch. Overall, it was not a great stay due to these issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The rooms are always so clean. The breakfast is so nice and those ladys keep it so clean and tidy in the eating area. And Jerry is awesome to help ya from shuttling ya to the concert and back and giving ya directions on how to get around in town.

Room was clean. Toilet was loose…rocked when you say down but otherwise was ok. Breakfast was good…just not the biscuits and gravy. But, would I stay again??? Absolutely!!

Room was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The only bad thing was trying to get into the hotel entrance and find Handicap parking which I needed. We were there for our daughter and her friends to go to a concert at the coliseum the shuttle from the hotel to the coliseum was appreciated very much!

Our remotes didn’t work for tv’s and was told nobody could fix it until the morning. Not ideal set up for little kids. Shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor soaking any towels or clothes that were there. Water also ran under the door into the hall way causing wet socks for others

Well, first off, according to the pictures that shall show there is a hot tub. Upon arrival after checking in, I found out that there was no hot tub. Also, the room was really hot. Try to turn the air conditioner on to get it cooler. And the room never got any cooler asked for a fan and they made it seem like it was an issue, they eventually found one from maintenance. There was a lot of dust and everything on it though. Had to clean, I was going for a heart procedure. And if I would have ran the fan like that, it could have really hurt me. I stayed sweating and couldn't hardly sleep due to all of this. I would not recommend to ever come back here again. And I have stayed at this hotel before a long time ago, and I loved hmm, but I guess now.They don't really care as much about the hotel like they used to
