Never got my deposit back and i left the room clean there was trash in the trash can and bed needed to be made and fresh towels but other than that clean no reason not to get my deposit back

Everything was dirty. Sheets not changed. Cigarette burns in the blanket. No trash bags in the cans, told the front desk. Only told to take pictures and send to an email. No refund offered and it’s impossible to get ahold of the hotel. No one answers the phone. Would NEVER recommend

I booked our hotel rooms at least a week before we were going to be staying. Upon checking in, we were informed that we had to pay a $100.00 deposit for each room in case we smoked, none of our party smokes, but we were not told this over the phone during booking. Also, There were several men out on the balconies. They were drinking yelling, playing music and being very loud. We asked the receptionist if we could change rooms to a different area of the hotel. And she gladly changed our room, however, We had an issue getting the door open. So we asked for a different room and she again, accommodated us. She was then informed that we had another party coming and would like for our rooms to kind of be close together. She assured me that our rooms will be close together. When our other party got there, they were put on the other side of the hotel opposite of our room, even though there was a single bed room available right beside of us. I paid for a room with two double beds and a room with a single bed. We ended up with 2 double bed rooms. The Linens on the beds were stained and just dirty looking, neither room had toilet paper, so we ran over to the local Go Mart gas station and purchased toilet paper for the rooms, there was what looked like dried vomit on one t I will say the staff on duty was very sweet and I have no complaints against her, however I was very dissatisfied with the state of the property and rooms, and will not stay at this property again.

I'm just going to leave you with.... You get what you pay for. This was just a quick overnight stay with my daughter on our ride to South Carolina from Michigan. I had not one, but 4 different people/ MEN trying to get into my room with their key... Needless to say, I did not sleep. Front desk wouldn't answer, and I was not about to walk outside and all the way around to the lobby find help. I slammed the door reach time trying not to wake my daughter up...and eventually they would walk away.

Ok first off when we got into our room the television didn't work they gave change the batteries in the remote it still didn't work I told him that it wasn't the remote because the remote was lightened up but the TV wasn't coming on that's one there was no hot water the water was lukewarm I'd had a long trip I want to take a shower I got in the shower I turned it on I turned on nothing but hot water and it was only lukewarm and then about 10 minutes later it was ice cold and it was like that the whole stay I'm trying to think there was one other thing but I guess it was okay

I don't blame this on the employees working, but the budget for the hotel. One person working? They had to do everything. I went twice one night to get a roll of toilet paper and the employee was helping someone away from the office. Sent my son down twice the next morning and still no tp. Had to send him to the nearest store. Also, locked out of room for 45 minutes. Employee had to remove ac unit and crawl through. Locks are old, not working. They did give us a room after. Employees are great, but only having one there at a time is not good.

Room Key would not work, had to be replaced. Furniture had many cigarette burn marks, and Microwave was marked many paint splotches. There were no drinking glasses in the room. The front desk was unattended for several hours. The room phone had no number for the office. Very shabby conditions throughout the room. Would never stay there again under any conditions!

I arrived at 4:50pm to find a handwritten note on the locked lobby door stating “Gone to clean rooms. Be back asap.” Forty five minutes later, no one had returned! No one answered the phone and no one returned. I had driven for 4 hours and excepted to be able to check in! On top of this, the lot was filthy, curtains were down in some rooms and one in the back appeared unoccupied with the door wide open. I checked into the Holiday Inn Express next door. They know customer service! After hearing my situation, the cut my room rate in less than half! I expect a refund for my Red Roof Inn fee!!!!! I will be pursuing this matter.

Shady !

The lady that checked us in kept locking the lobby door and going outside to the parking lot we had to chase her down to return room keys. The second night we were there a lady was yelling at someone who had evidently stolen her car. The room had a bad smell, furniture was dusty, floor was so dirty we had to go buy house slippers to wear. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. No extra towels or toilet paper.No Kleenex, No Hand Soap. People walking around the parking area all night long.Room door didn’t lock very well. Coffee pot only No cups, No coffee or etc. Would not recommend this Hotel, and would not stay again - if the room was free
