Traveled extensively thru Europe and the USA, this is the DIRTIEST hotel I've ever been in. Fecal matter on the toilet seat that DID NOT belong to us, shower curtain was filthy, spilled stuff ON THE WALLS, and MOLD in the carafe of the coffee maker. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, shouldn't even be on Travelocity!

The best feature of this hotel, to us, was the helpful and friendly front desk staff. We arrived right before an unexpected big snow storm, and the person at the desk was great to let us borrow a broom in the morning to clean off the 6 inches of snow from our car! Also, it looked like an awesome hot breakfast was available, but we opted to get on the road early instead. In hindsight, those warm biscuits and gravy we smelled would have been very comforting while we were inching along the highway in the snow!

First room was very dirty. Billed as non-smoking but the was a cigarette but in the bathroom.

The hotel was great. The lady who checked us in could have been a more friendly and happy when talking with guest. You could tell she wasn't happy with her job. There is a while bunch of construction going on around the hotel and the parking lot was hard to tell where you was allowed to park.

There was dried blood and dirt on one of our bed cover. We only had two towels and when we went to the front desk for more we were told they didn’t have anymore and we were supposed to have a roll away and they didn’t have that either. The lobby was dirty and the steps to the second floor was filthy.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. The hotel is unfortunately located in a terrible part of town. There is a lot of drug activity and homeless people living in the abandoned restaraunt nearby. The rooms were ok but they were slightly damaged (furniture etc) and not too clean. They have breakfast as a buffet which is nice but the hot tub is closed due to Covid.
