Staff was very courteous. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was not as good of condition as I typically see at this brand. A little trash on the floor, carpet replaced with laminate tile that was disconnecting, peeling surface of shower, trim on wall with label from store, body wash in lieu of hand soap. For $20 less I’d quickly stay again; at this price I might try my luck with another

We did not need help or eat breakfast as we never do. However, the lady at the desk was such a nice, sweet woman. Very helpful in recommending a dinner restaurant. She is a real asset to your facility. Our room was very comfortable. We stayed on our way to VA and on our way back because the room was so nice and because she was so welcoming.
