Travelocity had misrepresented my room. The desk person made it right but put an extra hold on my card by mistake. The manager fixed it. Everyone was super pleasant except the overnight desk clerk who acted clearly bothered by me. Overall 8.5/10. Especially Anna and Joey and Brian and Darlene!

We booked a room which was pet friendly. This was the first time taking our dog with us. Room felt damp. While our room did not smell, the pet hallway was awful! also, they left 1 shampoo etc for only one person. We did not notice until the 2nd person was already in the shower with no shampoo. They were aware we had 3 people in our party. Things like notepads had clearly been used before. Finally, we believe there was mold or something in the room, all 3 of us woke up with horrible sore throats and stuffed noses. Perhaps it had been steamed due to another animal client, and then left with the freezing cold ac running allowing for the all over carpet dampness. Yuck!

I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. When the Housekeeping department is cleaning rooms they have no idea who or how many quests are staying in the room they are cleaning. There has been a lot of humidity lately so I think that must have been the issues that you were having. Again, I'm sorry you were so unhappy.

Room clean, however kitchen appliances very old. Dishwasher doesn’t clean.

Thank you so much for staying with us. Yes, the dishwasher is one of the ones that you have to rinse everything off the plate. But your dishwasher was checked and it does get up to temperature to clean and sanitize.

We stay here every year on our way home from vacation we had a large party dinner staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed
