"Customer service was great and they were able to accommodate and fix all issues that were presented but when we checked into our room, the AC unit didn’t work and the door wouldn’t lock properly and they needed security to let us in for first 24 hours until we had maintenance come up and install ..."

"I really liked the hotel. My daughter and I stayed when we attended the Ariana Grande concert. Everything was great, nice room, many walkable eateries, and a nice staff. Only complaints I have are that our window was facing the street and it was sooo loud all night long with people and cars. I couldn’t fall asleep until after 3am."

"Today, I arrived at Level Los Angeles - Downtown South Olive a little earlier than the official check-in time for my beloved daughter Elena's 4th-grade graduation sleepover celebration. I fully expected to simply wait around in the lobby for my room to be ready, but instead, I was welcomed with one of the most genuinely remarkable hospitality experiences I have had in a very long time. From the exact moment I approached the front desk, Foyeemoy greeted me with true warmth, kindness, and incredible professionalism. What stood out most to me was their voice. It was exceptionally calm, gentle, reassuring, and effortlessly elegant. Some people have a rare way of making you feel completely comfortable within seconds of meeting them, and Foyeemoy possesses that exact, beautiful gift. Wanting to remember such wonderful service, I asked for a business card. Instead of simply saying there wasn't one available, Foyeemoy took the extra time to find a card and personally handwrite a sweet note for me: "Ms. Janice! This is Foyeemoy at the front desk! Enjoy your stay!" It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me. In today's fast-paced world, many interactions can feel rushed and impersonal. This felt different. It felt deeply sincere. Beautiful rooms and luxury amenities certainly make a hotel memorable, but extraordinary people are what truly create lasting impressions. Before my daughter's graduation celebration had even begun, Foyeemoy had already made my day brighter."
