Perfect example of deceptive, false advertising. I can't say anyting good about this place. The rooms have not been updated in at least 10 years. The doors are difficult to open and close. There is garbage and homeless people everywhere. The rooms smell of cigarettes and mold. We attempted to get the complimentary breakfast but they closed it 10 min early and the housekeeper wouldn't let us in even though there were others still eating inside. We left with 2 hungry, crying children. Not to mention exhausted since we all couldn't sleep due to the noisy neighbors all through the night!

Hotel needs improvements but I was happy with the hotel staff because they did their best to help us with our needs. Our family travel a lot to Los Angeles I’ve been to a lot of hotels more expensive than this one and I never went back to them bad service but here I will be back. Price was great and location was excellent for us.

Perfect location to get all around LA , Hollywood , downtown , Santa Monica everything is within 15 minutes of the hotel. Uber’s were about 10$ each way to these places. Great place if your busy during the day and only resting your head at night. You get what you pay for.

The hotel needs repairs/maintenance work, clean and it is in a bad area. It was not like the picture that you advertised. It was my first time in California so I did not know the area that I was booking, when I got there I saw garbage just outside the Main Street of the hotel and a lot homeless

How would Travelocity recommend a hotel like this?

Pros: Nothing........
Cons: Tear down hotel and rebuild. Not jocking!!!
Location: Terrible location. Homeless all over the place. Trash all over the place. I never felt secure especially traveling with my son. Drove far away to eat.
Terrible. 1st Travelocity booked us a one bed room for me and my 15 year old son. They made it right before we got there, but still a pain. When we got there we noticed many homeless people in tents with in a half block of the hotel with trash all over the place. Was nervous about staying here. We went to the room and checked it out. The room was old/terrible and smelled. I went into the bathroom where I noticed the wall paper falling off the walls. I picked up a corner of the wall paper and noticed BLACK MOLD. l called the front desk and they moved me to another room. Well the second room was old and smelly as well and only had a little mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The shower head was full of mold and calcium build up. I asked for it to be cleaned, but that didn't happen. We didn't shower for 3 days.There was a hole in the wall, dirty carpets, and nasty sink. I tried finding another hotel close by, but at last minute, they were 2 expensive. My son and I agreed to leave early in the AM and only come back to sleep. We bought blankets and pillows from Walmart up the street. Will never use Travelocity again. Had other issues with car prices and airlines with extra charges.

Over charged

Room pretty big, how ever breakfast sucked.... And they should say they only have pool that goes up to 4ft

Rundown in downtown

Pros: Location
Cons: Needs to be deep cleaned, carpet, walls and beds.
Location: Ok
Very dirty, thread bare sheets and towels, stains on sheets, carpets and walls. Breakfast was very low quality and minimal. Lots of dust on furniture, and tv.

LA Hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room, breakfast, there was no soap in room.
Location: It was not a great area.
The room needed to be up graded, Fire alarm hanging from wall, shower needed fixing. Breakfast was very limited, no fruit, yogurt, no good at all. It was not as nice as the picture on the website. No fridge, no microwave.
