Great Location

We spent a lot of time in the condo due to daily rain. Overall was a good stay for 2 adults but could get a little crowded if there are more people. GREAT communication with the onsite manager. We were also able to check in early which was a huge benefit since we had cold groceries. Great location you can walk to the beach. The condo was a little dated compared to others but still not bad. Could use a deep cleaning and filter changes based on build up on the ceiling.

The sofa needs to be replaced. It felt like you were going to sink to the floor when you sat on it. The floors were very dirty. The twin mattresses need replacing. It was very nice to be able to drive to the property’s beachside parking lot and walk to the beach though,

Family fun

Our family of four had a great time and enjoyed the property, ease of access to the pool and quick drive to the beach (we could have walked). The beach was wonderful and the water color was beyond our expectations. It was very helpful to have a wagon, cooler, chairs and umbrella available so we didn't have to travel with our own. We'd stay again and recommend for other families.

We like this condo complex very much This was our 2nd time renting a unit here Everythng was clean and ready for our visit we stayed 10 days and the only issue we had was with the WiFi . We had to reboot it 2 or 3 times a day to stay connected .

Me and too friends wanted a place close to the water but NOT on the beach to dock our boat and be able to see the boat from the condo. The place was very nice and just perfect location. Everyone around us was friendly and the area was nice and clean. It was just perfect for our little weekend get away.

Perfect Place for Family of Four

We were very pleased with the sleeping arrangements at this condo. The bunk beds were perfect for our teens! In addition to a full bedroom, there were also two large couches. The decor in the rental was beautiful and the kitchen came equipped with everything we needed, even a waffle maker! We liked being close to the tennis courts and enjoying the canal view from our balcony. Our teenagers played golf on the property course and frequented the hot tubs and several pools. The whole family loved the close walking distance to the beach! Convenient that one of the premiere restaurants in Destin was steps away at the resort. Everything was walking distance, even the Target across the street! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Beautiful and Charming Apartment! Wonderful view

This was our first time in Destin, and we enjoyed it! The host had great communication with us prior and during check in so we had no issues. The apartment is spotless and extremely beautiful. Super comfy beds, adorable and stylish decor. It was a great place for us to come back to after a long day out at the beach. Full of amenities for the outdoors couple or family. Very kind and responsive host. Overall, we loved it! We recommend it to anyone looking to in Destin.

What an awesome experience! Beginning with Mr. T (property manager) before our arrival, great check-in and property info, couldn’t have made it any easier. The property itself is very clean and well maintained, but the actual unit was immaculate! Looked and smelled clean, felt like we were walking into our own place. What an awesome job of setting up this unit, has absolutely everything you might need. Lots of great touches and the canal view from the balcony was so peaceful. Could go on and on about this place but know that you will not be disappointed. Will definitely be back!
