Enjoy spectacular views of Florida's Intracoastal Waterway from your enclosed porch with AC or you can open the windows and enjoy the fresh tropical breezes. View the sunset, enjoy dinner or just relax and take in the views. With the convenience of this beautiful ground floor and bright end unit, you can take a stroll on the riverfront boardwalk by accessing it from your back door.

The main suite has views of the intracoastal and a king size bed, bathroom, flat screen TV . The quest room has twin beds that convert to a king upon request with a door directly to the bathroom.

Bouchelle Island features resort style, luxury amenities that include 2 pools with gas grills. The main pool is heated in cooler months and has a hot tub. Lighted tennis courts/pickle ball, shuffle board courts and an18 hole chip and putt course. Fitness Center, Library, Fire pit area and Club House.

New Smyrna Beach offers beautiful white sandy beaches, has great boutique shopping and several excellent restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. Nearby attractions include Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Orlando.
