"Hotel is amazing overall. The views, the ocean, the drinks and room were all great. We rented a car for the week and always had room for parking. The buffet and Los Arcos were also good. The food service by the pool was only OK, very slow and food was bland. Overall we had a fantastic time and would return."

"The property is beautiful. Loved our beach front rooms just steps away from world class reef snorkeling. The staff was amazing. Every interaction was kind and friendly and eager to please . Yazmin at breakfast learned we like whipped cream with our coffee and she greeted us with fresh whipped cream every time we sat down. Miguel at the Italian restaurant was a 10/10 server and made my kids feel special. The dive center crew were all great. "
