Nice room poorly maintained building

The room was clean. Bed was ok but too close to the wall for easy access. Balcony had a hole in the floor and fungus growing on the railing. The building was poorly maintained. Needed paint, repairs and an overall facelift. There were no umbrellas by the pool.

Very Pleased

The condo was just like the pictures and listing showed. It was very clean and well taken care of upon our arrival. The A/C worked great and all other appliances worked as they should. The overall complex could use some TLC but nothing major, mostly some paint and patch work. I did see several employees working on various projects while we were there. We did have a problem with a light switch in our condo. I called the property manager and a maintenance man was at the door in less than 5 minutes. He made a repair that would get us through the day and showed up the following morning to make the permanent repair. He was very friendly and completed the repair quickly. We were very pleased with the entire process and stay with this property and will make a return visit to the property.

Beautiful Stay!

Great great experience. No complaints. A beautiful view and very close to the shore. Very close to restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
