The Cocoon room was perfect for a solo traveler trying to adjust to the time zone. There was no city noise, despite being in a very busy area. I didn't like that there was an extra fee (£40) to check in early and a fee to hold onto your bags (£15) if you want to explore while waiting for check in time. Also, check out at 10am is a little ridiculous. All the staff that I interacted with were lovely and very helpful when I needed to ask for towels, etc. "
