We had such a wonderful stay! The space itself was beautiful with high ceilings that made everything feel open and airy. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking and hanging in super easy and enjoyable. We slept wonderfully — the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, the space was great and made for a perfect stay. Would absolutely come back!

Best location ever!!

This penthouse is the perfect location if you want to be located to get to any of the Chicago attractions. We walked to millennium Park a 2-mile walk flat. Easy walk. Got to see lots of things on the way. We took the train to Wrigley Park the station right down from the penthouse. We took the bus to the Navy Pier for the night fireworks again an easy location to get the bus from the penthouse. Just perfect anyway with the location. The penthouse is great and set up perfectly for a large group. There were sixteen of us and everything was great. Did do a lot of cooking and the kitchen needed a couple more bowls for cooking but other than that pretty well equipped kitchen. Only complaint I had was that we had trouble with three of the sinks that water was very slow or would not go down. I contacted the maintenance people the first day we were there. Never heard back from them. I highly recommend this penthouse. The view from the window of the skyline was also a big plus. The only other issue is parking. If you have a SUV, it is very difficult to get into the provided parking place and on day we arrived there was a truck that was blocking our way into the parking area. We never used the parking place after that. Street parking is okay at certain times but we did have difficulty when we first got there on a Thursday evening to find parking places. The weekend. It was easy. We would stay here again.

Great for friend groups!

Awesome location an easy walk to all the Fulton Market / Randolph restaurants, bars and shopping. Great mix of bedrooms and beds for a large group. Clean and safe.

Loved the view and accessibility to Fulton Market, West Loop and so much around us. Beautiful penthouse with tons of amenities. We ended up staying during one of the coldest weekends this past Chicago winter. The condo was very large and would take time to warm up. Would love more heavy throw blankets available for those times.

Great place for a large group

My friends stayed here this weekend and had a great time! - hosts were communicative and were willing to let us store our luggage before official check in, which was very nice - it was slightly confusing to find the right entrance to the building, but check in was very easy outside of that - It was very clean and comfortable inside. The kitchen/living room area was great for the group the beds were comfortable (we all loved the sheets!) - Having a second fridge is helpful for drinks - Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, plateware, other necessities, and even a Nespresso with pods for use - There are 3 full bathrooms which is nice, but I’d generally recommend this for a group who is comfortable with using the bathroom at the same time (e.g someone showering while someone else doing makeup). Otherwise there can be a lot of waiting - We realized early on there was not enough toilet paper, trash bags, or towels, hosts sent someone to drop off more. We really appreciated that - The AC was great - There were hangers in the closets to be able to hang up our clothing - Laundry in unit was huge and helpful One note is that the type of beds were a bit confusing since the top level vrbo post shows something different from the description. It is: - One king bed in its own room + bathroom - one queen bed in its own room - two queen beds in a shared room + bathroom - two full sized beds in a shared room - two full sized bunk beds in a shared room

Fantastic City Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From booking to check-out, Nathan and Jake were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and pillows and everything we needed to make dinners at home. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Garage parking was a plus! We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

This place is huge, gorgeous, super clean and located perfectly to lots of amazing restaurants, including Alinea! The owners are super responsive and the place is even nicer in person than the pictures! Definitely recommend and would stay again for sure. Loved it!

Great spot in Fulton Market!

Myself and several co-workers/friends wanted to stay in the Fulton Market District for a recent work event. This space was perfect for the five of us, with plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds, and a short walk to all the great restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had and made our stay very enjoyable!

A great space for large groups

Would rebook in an instant!

Jake and Nathan were more than helpful with my stay in Chicago. They were very communicative during my entire time having booked the place. The apartment was much better in person and was in a prime part of Chicago, I would definitely rebook it for another event in the future.

Spectacular Property

Amazing unit that we would definitely recommend! Jake and Nathan were very responsive to any questions about the listing and area in general. It looked to be newly renovated, and the entire place was spotless upon arrival. It is a great layout and provided plenty of space for a large group. Within walking distance to some great bars and restaurants, and very easy to get in and out of if enjoying other parts of the city.

Great Stay

We stayed there last week with a group of 8 friends. It held us all comfortably and is in a great location. The hosts were very helpful and responsive - both via text and phone. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re a large group or want to be in Fulton Market.
