Nice to see our seats being disinfected before boarding
Plane 1/2 full.
Hate that air traffic controllers stack departing planes on runways and we had over 45 minute wait/delay on the tarmac at SLC airport!
I had a very good experience.
Not a fan of the way they assigned seats at the gate. Or family was seated together but it was more work for the lady at the counter..
Staff could be friendlier
I liked the bigger roomier seats that are made for adults. I’m 5’6 and 130 lbs. i’m not huge but the competitionbhas seating designed for a stick child. Also these seats were in great condition and clean.
Great service overall
Video screens were broken
The flight attendants were fabulous!
Food offering has diminished
